Hataitai School uses the PB4L model for our core values and behaviour management. We promote respect in Mana, Manaaki, and Ako as a way for students to feel valued and proud of their achievements. We see this an an effective and constructive way for the students voice to be heard and as a way to develop life long skills in learning and citizenship, preparing them for what may lie in the future.
